Boku names Dr Richard Hargreaves as chairman
Mobile payments group Boku revealed on Friday that Dr Richard Hargreaves will replace Mark Britto as chairman following the company's annual general meeting on 1 June.
Hargreaves, currently a non-executive director of the group, will essentially switch roles with Britto, who will remain with the company as a non-executive director.
As of 1120 GMT, Boku shares were down 0.40% at 123.50p.
