Director dealings: RWS Holdings CEO raises stake
RWS Holdings revealed on Friday that chief executive officer Benjamin Faes had acquired 1.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software developer.
Faes, who was named as CEO back in January, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 67.90p each, for a total value of £679,000.02.
As of 1640 BST, RWS shares were up 2.92% at 66.07p.
