Director dealings: FRP Advisory director raises stake
FRP Advisory revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director David Chubb had acquired 22,871 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed business advisory specialist.
Chubb, who joined FRP in 2019, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 139.0p each, for a total value of £31,790.69.
Following the transaction, Chubb holds a beneficial interest in 56,621 ordinary FRP shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1630 GMT, FRP shares were down 1.43% at 138.0p.
